• Animals are allowed upon presentation of appropriate veterinary certificate, with additional payment of €15.00 x extra cleaning x week x single pet.

• Tourist tax: Adults and children aged over 12 years and €1.00 per day per person.

• Final cleaning €90.00
• Middle cleaning to be requested only at the time of booking €30.00

A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AS A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF € 50.00 WHICH WILL BE WITHDRAWN IF DAMAGES ARE FOUND TO THE APARTMENTS OR THE KEYS / PARKING CARD IS NOT RETURNED AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT.

To reserve the apartment we require a deposit equal to 30% of the total, to be made within 48 hours by bank transfer, the receipt of which must be sent in an attachment via e-mail. In the absence of proven payment the apartment will remain available for further bookings.
In case of cancellation of the reservation: 
within 60 days before arrival refund of the entire amount paid 
within 30 days before arrival refund of 50% of the amount paid
in the 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained in full

We ask the final payment:
-at your arrive with POS(bancomat/card)
-as banking payment at last 48h before the chek in
